Registration Guidelines

 

COMPETITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Payment must be made by registration deadline date and can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) or money order/cashier’s check.

NO STUDIO OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE BY THE COMPETITION DEADLINE. Entries received after the deadline, if excepted, will be subject to a 10% late fee.

 

Registration is a first-come, first-serve basis. Entries submitted without payment are not considered secure/confirmed.

 

All entries must be available to dance any date or time during the competition hours. Special request for each entry may be submitted in the comment field of the online registration form by the competition deadline. Requested changes are subject to adjudication awards only. Request cannot be guaranteed.

 

CRU Dance reserves the right to limit number of entries to amount of competition time available. This will vary by city and venue. All participants must be available on all needed days of competition.

 

Change requests accepted after the deadline will need to be emailed into manager@crudance.com and no further changes can occur Monday prior to the competition weekend.

 

Dancers may compete for more than one studio in any given regional or National competition.  CRU accepts entries from the following:

-Dance studios

-Independent competitors

-High school/college dance teams

 

CRU Dance will try to accommodate all entries. However, due to possible time constraints, all entries may not be honored. In such cases, priority will be given in the following order:

-Groups (include small group, large group, line/production)

-Duets/Trios

-Solos
