Dancers must be a graduating senior to be eligible. Selected participants attend our National Finals not only as competitors, but as emerging professionals; gaining firsthand experience and insight into the industry from behind the scenes.
Throughout the event, these dancers serve in a variety of integral roles, including:
⭐Assisting with award ceremonies
⭐Demonstrating in convention classes
⭐Working backstage
⭐Emceeing sessions
This immersive experience provides valuable leadership development, professional exposure and many former Protégés have gone on to join our CRU Dance staff!
